About the Founder
Kevin of Alive Events says, “My passion for music roots back to early childhood when I would spend hours absorbing my parents’ record collection. Over the years this young love has matured and expanded my knowledge across many musical genres and eras. Converging this knowledge into superior sound experiences has become my specialty.” Kevin Manning is the founder of Alive Events & Entertainment and an accomplished DJ with an event portfolio spanning Asia, Europe, Mexico and marquee properties and venues across the United States from New York City to San Francisco.
Under the moniker DJ Consuelo, Kevin Manning has performed with prominent artists like Aerosmith, Ben Harper, The Black Keys, Danny Tenaglia, Earth Wind and Fire, De La Soul, Imagine Dragons, Jay Leno, Jewel, Jurassic 5, Kings of Leon, Macklemore, Maroon 5, Sheryl Crow and Thievery Corporation.
